Hong Kong Model school under threat as rolls fall
Liz Heron: Six years ago, the then-principal of a small primary school in Sheung Wan was fired with enthusiasm for two key government policies - small-class teaching and integrated education for children with special needs.
Leung Wai-ming ploughed HK$1 million of his money into San Wui Commercial Society School to employ extra teachers and buy state-of-the-art materials and equipment for special needs teaching.
