Employers should be concerned with the health contracts by demanding insurance companies lower the compensation packages given to their executives.Insurance executives receive millions of dollars in pay and benefits which have drven up employer cost far beyond any cost of living/inlationary costs.Suggest a consortium of employers offer bids on their business rather than trying to control costs as we do today.
