September 11, 2012New Jersey Interdistrict Choice: Overcoming the Trap of GeographyCourier Post, via Laura Waters: Interdistrict school choice is one of the best new education programs legislators and Gov. Chris Christie have signed off on in recent years. Certainly, its scale is small -- statewide there are only about 3,300 "choice" students who've moved to another district this year. Next year, that number is expected to jump to about 6,100. Still, that's a drop in the bucket.
