It is both understandable and unfortunate that there is a decline in law school enrollments. Understandable in that the job prospects are poor after graduation. It is unfortunate in that education in the law and how to think like a lawyer is extraordinarily valuable by itself. It has been quite some time since people have viewed education and becoming an educated person as valuable. Instead, the primary values are getting a job, high paying, and consuming, vast amounts.
