Board Action on Monday July 11, 2005

The following board action took place on Monday July 11th regarding the Finance and Operations Committee.

It is recommended to direct the staff to develop a communications matrix which includes relevant information about the types of communication vehicles available, the audiences that might be reached, the advantages and disadvantages, cost and any other appropriate information and bring it back to the committee.

Motion Passed 5-0 (Lopez and Vang absent).

It is recommended to request that the Board of Education approve the creation of a subcommittee of the Finance and Operations Committee to study business partnerships and advertising in the district.

Motion Passed 5-0 (Lopez and Vang absent).
