Finance & Operations Committee approves Subcommittee on Advertising

Finance & Operations Committee approved the Subcommittee on Advertising on Monday August 29th. The motion passed 3 to 0 (Keys, Kobza and Winston). It will now be brought back in front of the full board for approval on the changed language.
